The Art of 3D Printing
3D printed hair technology consists of producing an exact replica of your scalp using our patented 3D scanner. From this scan, we create a clone membrane custom to the morphology and contours of your scalp. The base of the clone membrane is constituted by a special polymer resin that has been dermatologically tested and designed to provide absolute comfort and stability. The polymer resin is known as your “second scalp” offering a seamless hairline with the appearance of hair coming out directly from the scalp.
Natural, Gorgeous Hair
Only the highest-grade, natural, unprocessed, virgin hair is sourced to create the CNC prosthetic. All hair used has its cuticles intact. We custom blend ponytails to create a perfect colour match. Each hair is individually sewn onto the polymer base by hand, with attention to the precise distribution, inclination and direction of the client’s natural hair. The final result is hair that moves and feels like hair coming directly from your scalp. Colour, cut, style your CNC like you would your bio hair.
Easy Application
The prosthetic can be applied on top of your bio hair without the need to cut or shave your existing hair. The CNC is attached using liquid or solid medical grade adhesives (certified by the American FDA – Food and Drug Administration) that integrates safely with the host site. Don’t worry, you’ll undergo an allergy and compatibility test before any materials come in contact with your skin. Depending on the area and size of the application, the CNC should be changed roughly every 4-6 weeks at your local CRLAB clinic.

Evaluation
Upon choosing our 3D-Printed CNC hair prosthesis, a 3D, digital scan is taken of the entire scalp, recording the morphology of the scalp and area of hair loss and custom instructions are provided to the laboratory in Italy in order to match the client’s precise scalp morphology, skin tone, hair colour, hair line and pattern.

Application
After you visit us, we will send your scalp information to the laboratory in Italy, where 3D printed technology is used to create the CNC. As a licensed centre, we take exact measurements of a client’s scalp to create a perfect mould. CRLAB experts then inject virgin, non-processed human hair into the base, with attention to the precise direction and density of the client’s bio hair.

Maintenance
