THE ART OF 3D PRINTING

The base of the clone membrane is constituted by a special polymer resin that has been dermatologically tested and designed to provide absolute comfort and stability. The polymer resin is known as your “second scalp” offering a seamless hairline with the appearance of hair coming out directly from the scalp.

Easy Application

2. Evaluation
Upon choosing our 3D-Printed CNC hair prosthesis, a 3D, digital scan is taken of the entire scalp, recording the morphology of the scalp and areas of hair loss. Custom instructions are provided to the laboratory in Italy in order to match the client’s precise scalp morphology, skin tone, hair colour, hair line and pattern.
3. Application
After you visit us, we will send your scalp information to the laboratory in Italy, where 3D printed technology is used to create the CNC hair piece. As a licensed centre, we take exact measurements of a client’s scalp to create a perfect mould. CRLAB experts then inject virgin, non-processed human hair into the base, with attention to the precise direction and density of the client’s bio hair. The hair replacement is then attached to the head using safe, medical grade adhesives.
4. Maintenance
